For Joint Restoration Center, I designed and executed marketing campaigns across web, social, print, and email, simplifying medical messaging to boost engagement. In 2024, 5,000 newsletters generated 100+ leads and 75 5-star reviews.

Project Overview

Joint Restoration Center specializes in helping patients regain mobility, reduce joint pain, and improve quality of life through expert medical care. When they approached this project, their biggest challenge was that their marketing materials, from the website to newsletters and social media, were fragmented, overly technical, and failing to connect with patients.

The goal was to transform their marketing into a cohesive, patient-centered brand experience that simplified complex medical topics, improved engagement, and drove more leads to the clinic. By clarifying their messaging and refreshing their visual identity, the project aimed to build trust with both new and existing patients, strengthening the clinic’s reputation and supporting growth.

Visually, the work focused on clean, approachable designs that balanced medical professionalism with warmth and clarity. Every element, from the redesigned website to the updated print and digital campaigns, was crafted to make treatments easy to understand and help patients feel informed, supported, and confident in seeking care at Joint Restoration Center.
